HOMEWORK
Most
work will be started in class and will be turned in the following day.
I do not assign a lot of homework, but I ask or suggest that students spend
at least 15 minutes a night finding out something new about the area of the
world that we are studying. Spend time looking at and using different
maps. Find current information about the economy, geography, and government of
countries in the Western Hemisphere. I also encourage you to read the
newspaper and follow current events.
EXTRA CREDIT Extra credit is offered online for each chapter and when a student has been turning in all their work , trying their best, taking the tests, but still not being successful. *Please see me if this is your situation. HELPFUL HINTS *check your child's planner (assignments are on the board each day for them to copy into the planner) *Call the homework hotline to see what was covered in class each day or to find out if there is any homework (810)676-1854
