It was nice to see all of you at conferences!!! I am so happy to see that my students have such a wonderful support system.  Thanks for all you do.

The next three weeks I am hoping to introduce a new writing program called "Write to Learn".  This is a wonderful tool that will add to our writing programs at the middle school level. 

We will also begin reading the drama "A Christmas Carol".  Students will keep a reflective journal that will be completed during class time. This requires a lot of writing and I expect students to take the time to do their best 7th grade work.  Quizes and Tests over Act 1 and Act 2 will also be given.  As always if work is not completed students need to finish at home.

Students should continue reading at home to meet their Reading Counts requirements.  The assessment will be due before Christmas Break begins.
