Basic Expectations

Every student needs a hard cover three ring binder.  1 ˝” to 2” in size to keep class work organized.  Students will need dividers (8) with tabs to keep work organized within this binder. A student’s binder is to be present each day and will be checked periodically for points.

Students are responsible for having a traditional blue or black ink pen, #2 pencil, and highlighter each day.  Every student must bring his/her school planner (show your method of organization) and appropriate covered text each day for class.  Each will be checked periodically for points.

Students should be sitting in assigned seats when the bell rings.  This makes getting started a quick and easy process.  Students should remain seated until dismissed by instructor.

Take care of everything before you arrive by planning ahead.  Leaving class for materials or restroom equals unexcused tardy.  You must have a pass from instructor to be in the hall during class time.

No food or drink (or waste from) allowed in classroom.

All electronics (including IPods and cell phone) are to be out OFF and out of sight during the school day.

Tissue donations accepted for use by all students.
