I am so glad to be working with your child this year! I have been teaching since 1995 and have loved every minute of it. All seventeen years of my career have been here at St. Clair Middle School teaching 6th grade Math and Science.
I have two amazing children. Both attend Pine River Elementary. Hannah is a fourth grader and Jack is a second grader. Both play soccer and have taken part in the East China Youth Theater. Jack was a villager in "Beauty and the Beast" and Hannah was Cinderella in "Nick Tickle, Fairy Tale Detective". My children and I love to take daycations. Water parks were our favorite spot this summer. We have four chickens; Noodle, Nugget, Sherman and Bell.
When I am not teaching I can be found baking, walking or travelling. I run a 'from scratch' bakery out of my home, Yummy Designs. I also walk the Susan G Komen 3 Day for the Cure. This will be my fourth year walking 60 miles in 3 Days honoring my Grandmother, Marietta, who lost her battle with breast cancer.
